Water Treatment Plant
The Spring Creek Facility, operated by the West Morgan-East Lawrence Water Authority, currently treats an average of three million and up to four million gallons of potable water per day. Subject to testing, the plant is capable of doubling their capacity, treating eight million gallons per day without an expansion to their facility. Testing would be performed by the West Morgan-East Lawrence Water Authority and approval would be needed from the
Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM).
